About the Portfolio Report Card™
The free Portfolio Report Card™ is a snapshot of the financial condition of your investment portfolio. It is only available to U.S. based investors that meet our strict internal requirements. We reserve the right to abstain from grading certain portfolios that don’t match our criteria and we reserve the right to deny or ignore requests for a Portfolio Report Card™ to anyone for any reason(s).
There are three basic categories of information we collect:

Information We Collect and You Choose to Give Us
When you use the Portfolio Report Card™ we collect the information that you choose to share with us. This includes basic data like your name and email address. It also includes your financial data, which is used to analyze and grade your investments. We use this data to determine the financial condition of your investments and to assign you a final grade of A, B, C, D, or F. If you object to sharing your financial data or having it analyzed, do not submit your data to us. Refraining from data sharing with us automatically disqualifies you from receiving a Portfolio Report Card™.
Analytics and Advertising Services Provided by Others
We may obtain from other companies cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies on our services. These companies may collect information about how you use our services over time and combine it with similar information from other services and companies. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain features, and better understand your online activity

How Long We Keep Your Information
Your data is securely stored and kept for as long as we need it to complete your Portfolio Report Card™. Thereafter, we reserve the right to delete your data or keep it for a duration of time that we determine. The chief purpose of why we operate this way is to monitor grading trends and to examine our own internal processes with the goal of improving.
Security and Safety
We use a variety of proven protections to maintain the security of your online session. For example, we make use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques
Data Breaches
In the event of a data breach of personal information, our company will take any and all reasonable steps necessary, including technical measures to limit further breaches and to inform affected parties and authorities.
Geographic Restrictions
The Portfolio Report Card™ is exclusively offered and available to qualifying U.S.-based investors. All inquiries and requests from non-U.S.-based investors are automatically denied.
Children
Our services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under age 18. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
